International Hospital Federation (IHF)
The International Hospital Federation (IHF) is an international not for profit, non-governmental membership organization.
Our members are worldwide hospitals and healthcare organizations having a distinct relationship with the provision of healthcare. We provide them with a platform for the exchange of knowledge and strategic experience as well as opportunities for international collaborations with different actors in the health sector.
Established in 1929 after the first International Hospital Congress in Atlantic City, USA as the International Hospital Association, it was re-named after the Second World War in 1947. With its Headquarters in Geneva the IHF is constituted under the Civil Code of Switzerland. The IHF recognizes the essential role of hospitals and health care organizations in providing health care, supporting health services and offering education. Ho Chi Minh City Infection Control Society (HICS)
Ho Chi Minh City Infection Control Society (HICS) was established in 2008 as a professional organization of individuals who are interested in the field of infection control and prevention. The members of HICS include infection control practitioners, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, technicians…; voluntarily take part in the mission of preventing and controlling hospital acquired infection. There are more than 600 formal members and nearly 3000 members in fanpage of HICS till June 2019.
The infection control and prevention activities of Ho Chi Minh City Infection Control Society are at all healthcare services including public, private or joint venture healthcare facilities. The goal and objectives of Ho Chi Minh City Infection Control Society are:
- Building and promoting infection control as a regular activity at healthcare facilities to improve quality of patient care; ensure hospital environment safely; to achieve the goal of protecting and take caring people health, prevent cross infection between patients, relatives and staffs
- Exchanging experience and making relationship in infection control and prevention between domestic and international associations.
- Consulting to authorities about hospital infection control including policy and guidelines development, protecting the right and raise charisma of members.
- Supporting infection control departments at each hospital, improving the co-operation between infection control practitioners and other staff in clinical practices throughout all Vietnam hospitals

Ho Chi Minh City Medical Association (HMA)
Ho Chi Minh City Medical Association (HMA) is a socio-professional organization that rallies medical workers, at college and university level, living and/ or working in Ho Chi Minh City. HMA was founded in 1978 and is currently a member of Ho Chi Minh City Union of Scientific and Technological Associations and Vietnam Medical Association. The mission of HMA is to advance scientific research and application of technologies in the field of medicine in order to upgrade professional competencies of its members. Besides, HMA encourages and motivates its members to abide by good medical practice according to the laws in force, promote medical ethics with the aim of preserving and enhancing the prestige and credit of the medical profession. HMA also acts as an officially recognized body to protect the legitimate and legal rights of its members in front of the law and public opinion.
Today HMA comprises 68 association members which are medical specialty societies, with over 23,000 members working in different medical fields in Ho Chi Minh City. Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HKHA)
The Hospital Authority is a statutory body established under the Hospital Authority Ordinance in 1990. We have been responsible for managing Hong Kong's public hospitals' services since December 1991. We are accountable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government through the Secretary for Food and Health, who formulates overall health policies for Hong Kong.
We manage 43 hospitals and institutions, 49 Specialist Out-patient Clinics (SOPCs), and 73 General Out-patient Clinics (GOPCs). As of 31 March 2018, we have a workforce of about 76,000 and some 28,000 beds.

INASUHA's vision is to be a container that facilitates hospitals from international universities to enhance the competitiveness of the nation in the year 2030. This means that INASUHA facilitates its members in providing quality service and professional so that the achievement of the program's Tri Dharma Universities can terfasilitasi with good. Myanmar Medical Association was founded in 1949. It is the only Professional organization of Non -Governmental, non-political and non-profit, independent registered medical professional organization in the country. Philippine Nurses Association, Inc. (PNA)
The Philippine Nurses Association, Inc. (formerly known as the Pambansang Samahan ng mga Nars ng Pilipinas, Inc.) is the only accredited professional organization in the Philippines. Founded on September 2, 1922 and incorporated in 1924 as Filipino Nurses Association. The association had changed its name to Philippine Nurses Association, Inc. and was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1966 as a non-stock, non-profit professional organization.
The PNA was awarded the Most Outstanding Accredited Professional Organization by the Professional Regulation Commission in 2003, 2014, 2016 besting 40 other professional associations and is a yearly nominee for the same award.

Private Hospitals Association of the Philippines (PHAPi)
Private Hospitals Association of the Philippines (PHAPi) Administrators of several private hospitals convened and decided to form an association of private hospitals nationwide on March 13, 1979 that will properly address the problems of the industry. PHAP will serve its members through being an advocacy platform, an educational and research resource, a liaison with Government and promoter of health care in the Philippines abroad. The Private Hospital Association of Thailand (TPHA)
The Private Hospital Association of Thailand represents 205 private hospitals all across Thailand with 66 in Bangkok. It aims to promote the unity of the private hospitals for collaboration and exchanging information. It also promotes members to certify their system of cares with ISO 9000, HA-Hospital Accreditation and JCI. Now more than 70 members got HA approved and 35 members got JCI accredited.
