Please note, all award entries are judged on merit alone. No favour is given to any type of hospital e.g. large, private, etc. Every entry has an equal chance of winning. Judges take into account the location and circumstances under which the hospital operates.

To improve your chances of winning, answer each question clearly, and provide supporting material to allow the judges to fully understand your work and make their judgments accordingly.
