COVID-19 UPDATES

Following the global outbreak of COVID-19, Clarion Events is continuing to monitor the latest public health and government advice on each of our markets around the world and acting in accordance with government and public health advice and World Health Organisation (“WHO”) guidelines.  We support the stance taken by the Global Association for the Exhibition Industry, UFI and remain committed to delivering our events in a safe environment.
 
Unless otherwise advised, our events are taking place as scheduled.
 
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority.  We strongly urge exhibitors and visitors to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the WHO www.who.int and local /national public health authorities to contain and mitigate against any further spread of the virus.
 
If you have any concerns and are feeling unwell, you may wish to reconsider your attendance at the event.
 
As a precaution, we are implementing a range of additional hygiene and communication measures at all of our events. Further information can be found on our event websites.
 
We welcome customers who wish to participate in our events and who are not impacted by travel restrictions.  However, please check the latest travel advice and entry guidelines for the country to which you wish to travel before making arrangements. For example, several countries have imposed travel restrictions to and from mainland China.
 
Please be assured, we are monitoring the situation very closely and will follow up with customers if the situation develops.  If you have any specific event questions, please contact your customer service team.

I have concerns about the latest outbreak of COVID-19, where can I find more information?

Hospital Management Asia continues to monitor the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation closely. Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors and visitors to our events is our top priority, and we will keep all attendees fully informed of any developments. There are no attendees to Hospital Management Asia registered from China and highly affected areas (as specified by local government guidelines in the event host country) and we are unable to admit any attendee from these affected areas. As an added precaution, we have implemented a number of additional safety measures.

Q. What time will the Conference and Exhibition start and finish?

Hospital Management Asia 2020 will begin on 8 December 2020 and end on 9 December 2020.

Hospital Management Asia 2020 will be held in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. Indonesia.

 

Q. Can I attend the exhibition only?

No, you will need to register for a delegate pass to access the exhibition.

Q. I am a representative of one of the organisations sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the event. How do I register?

You would have received an exhibitor manual when you signed up as a sponsor/exhibitor, follow the instructions in that manual to register.

 

Q. I am a speaker - how do I register?

Speakers (for presentations, panels and round tables) will be contacted personally regarding details on registration.

 

Q. Is there a special rate for team bookings?

Q. Can I buy one pass and share it between two people over both days?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to share a ticket.

 

Q. Can I register for one day of the Conference only?

Yes, please contact us for the specific rate.

 

Q. Can I register to attend the Conference for one presentation only?

Q. I have been offered a discount on the Conference fee and would like to claim it.

Q. I forgot to mention the discount I have been offered when I registered. Can I get a partial refund?

Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied at the time of booking.

 

Q. Can I reduce the cost of my Conference pass if I don't partake of the refreshments?

It is not possible to reduce the cost of a Conference pass by not partaking of the refreshments.

 

Q. Can I get a discount because I need to fly in to attend the event?

We do not grant discounts based upon the costs associated with travel to and from the event.

 

Q. How do I cancel my registration?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than two months prior to the start of the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received in writing less than two months before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts or a conference voucher valid for one year will be offered for the same value to use towards another Hospital Management Asia event. No fees will be applied for this.

 

Q. I haven't received my badge/acknowledgement of registration.

We are not mailing out badges in advance. Your badge will be waiting for you onsite. Successful registrations should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact us for details at infoasia@clarionevents.com

LIST RENTAL

Q. Can I have a copy of the attendee list?

Sorry no, we do not rent out the attendee list. Only companies sponsoring or exhibiting at the event who have secured this opportunity in their package are entitled to receive the attendee list for one post-event mail or email. Contact us for more information about being a sponsor or exhibitor.

MISCELLANEOUS

Q. Is there a dress code?

We have no official dress code. However, the majority of attendees dress in casual business attire. For the evening activity on the gala night (8 December 2020), we are requesting the delegates to wear your national costume.
