Q. What time will the Conference and Exhibition start and finish?

Hospital Management Asia 2020 will begin on 22 July, 8:45AM and end on 23 September, 5PM.

Q. Where is the Conference venue?

Hospital Management Asia 2020 will be held at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, Indonesia.

 

Q. Can I attend the exhibition only?

No, you will need to register for a delegate pass to access the exhibition.

Q. I am a representative of one of the organisations sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the event. How do I register?

You would have received an exhibitor manual when you signed up as a sponsor/exhibitor, follow the instructions in that manual to register.

 

Q. I am a speaker - how do I register?

Speakers (for presentations, panels and round tables) will be contacted personally regarding details on registration.

 

Q. Is there a special rate for team bookings?

Q. Can I buy one pass and share it between two people over both days?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to share a ticket.

 

Q. Can I register for one day of the Conference only?

Yes, please contact us for the specific rate.

 

Q. Can I register to attend the Conference for one presentation only?

Yes, please contact us for the specific rate.

 

Q. I have been offered a discount on the Conference fee and would like to claim it.

Q. I forgot to mention the discount I have been offered when I registered. Can I get a partial refund?

Unfortunately, discounts can only be applied at the time of booking.

 

Q. Can I reduce the cost of my Conference pass if I don't partake of the refreshments?

It is not possible to reduce the cost of a Conference pass by not partaking of the refreshments.

 

Q. Can I get a discount because I need to fly in to attend the event?

We do not grant discounts based upon the costs associated with travel to and from the event.

 

Q. Do you have a partner/spouse program?

Yes, please contact us to learn more.

 

Q. How do I cancel my registration?

Cancellations made within 48 hours of receipt of the completed registration form will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received in writing more than two months prior to the start of the event will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received in writing less than two months before the start date of the event will receive no refund and registrants will be liable for payment of 100% of the invoiced amount. A substitute delegate can be named at any time before the event starts or a conference voucher valid for one year will be offered for the same value to use towards any other event organised by Clarion Events Pte. Ltd. No fees will be applied for this.

 

Q. I haven't received my badge/acknowledgement of registration.

We are not mailing out badges in advance. Your badge will be waiting for you onsite. Successful registrations should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact us for details at infoasia@clarionevents.com

LIST RENTAL

Q. Can I have a copy of the attendee list?

Sorry no, we do not rent out the attendee list. Only companies sponsoring or exhibiting at the event who have secured this opportunity in their package are entitled to receive the attendee list for one post-event mail or email. Contact us for more information about being a sponsor or exhibitor.

MISCELLANEOUS

Q. Is there a dress code?

We have no official dress code. However, the majority of attendees dress in casual business attire. For the evening activity on the gala night (23 July 2020), we are requesting the delegates to wear your national costume.
