Vinita Bhasin is responsible for making Max Healthcare a preferred partner known for its culture of service & patient care. Vinita brings with her more than 19 years of in-depth experience across the Financial Services sector including Banking & Insurance and has managed large Service functions in her previous roles. As the Service Excellence Head she has formulated & implemented the Service Excellence Framework in various organizations. Her responsibilities included creating the Service vision and defining Values & Service Protocols. She has a long and consistent track record of superlative performance and has successfully turned around performance of many service functions in her career.
Max Healthcare has taken significant strides in setting up the Service Excellence agenda resulting in improved customer outcomes on the back of Front Office and Discharge transformation, driving the Quality agenda, improved infrastructure & facility management and putting in place a comprehensive service technology blue print.
Under her leadership, Max Healthcare has made their presence felt in American Society for Quality by being the 1st Healthcare Company in India to be represented on this forum.
