Chief Operating Officer, Angkor Hospital for Children (Cambodia)
Tep Navy has worked in paediatric healthcare and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) for over 20 years, holding key leadership roles for the past decade.
As Chief Operating Officer and on the Executive Committee at Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC), Navy is responsible for leading hospital operations, overseeing and providing direction for administration, supply chain management, facility management, IT, human resources, and public relations and is also Chair of Procurement and Organizational Quality Assurance Committees.
He is a Senior Lecturer at Build Bright University and Vice Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee for the Cambodian Council of Nurses. Previously, Navy served on the Board of Directors, Nursing Manager, Deputy Director of Nursing and Country Representative for Friends Without A Border (FWAB).
